Shipping & Returns
When you place an order in our online store you can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or your credit card. (Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Discovery) After we receive your payment your item will be packed the same day and shipped the next. All orders will dispatch from Amsterdam. If for some reason we can not dispatch your purchase the next day we will get in touch immediately. We offer free Worldwide shipping on any order above 100 euro.
If you would prefer to order via email and pay via a banktransfer please just send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will get back to you with our banking details.
After shipping it may take between 1 to 5 working days to arrive depending on your location. When we ship, you will receive a link via email which you can use to track the parcel. If you have any questions about an order you can contact us via email.
Please note that depending on your location, customs might charge you taxes and/or import duties. This does not apply for orders sent within the EU as all custom charges have already been paid.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee the highest quality but if you think there is anything wrong with your purchase you can return it to us (Amsterdam) and we will refund. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. After this period we will no longer accept a return. The return shipping cost are to be paid by the customer and are non refundable. Please contact us before returning your purchase. If anything has been altered for you, the money back guarantee does not apply. We would like to stress, since we are an independent fashion label, to please choose well before ordering.
